(Outgoing Class 12)

This is to inform you that those students who obtained C and D+ in two subjects are eligible for grade upgradation exam (though they are considered as pass). If you are opting for grade upgradation then please inform school office by Friday, December 10, 2021.

Those who have obtained D and E in two subjects must give upgradation exam as they are considered fail. There will not be grade upgradation exam for non-credited subject.

Please come to school for form fill up (grade upgradation exam) on Monday, December 13, 2021 . You are requested to bring the copy of the result from internet along with 2 passport size photos in school uniform and Rs 600/- for the exam fee.

Those students who are not appearing for grade upgradation exam have to make payment of Rs.1100/- through e-sewa or khalti app in the Name of St. Xavier's School, Goddavari for the TMP (Transcript Migration Provision) Certificate . Please write in the remarks of Esewa or Khalti : for TMP Certificate Class 12.
